That was IFAT 2018
Review of a successful trade fair
At the end of this year's world leading show for the water, wastewater, waste and raw materials industry (IFAT), ACO could look back on the successful achievement of the goals it had set itself and its competence in the drainage technology sector. This was demonstrated by the huge interest shown by the trade visitors to the new products, as well as the award of four "Stein im Brett" awards from ibau GmbH and the award of the IKT label to ACO.
We thank all of the visitors to our trade fair stand. We enjoyed five fantastic days at the show with many interesting discussions.
We now look forward to seeing you all again at the next IFAT which takes place from 4 to 8 May 2020 in Munich!
ACO wins four Stein im Brett awards 2018
ibau's Stein im Brett awards were awarded for the second time this year in co-operation with Heinze market research. The jury consists of around 200,000 workmen throughout Germany covering all of the construction industry trades. These prizes mainly demonstrate the popularity and trust built up by the manufacturers amongst the workmen themselves who come into contact every day with the relevant products and services. 297 manufacturers in 26 product categories were evaluated via an online survey. The survey took into consideration the following criteria:
- Quality
- Price-performance ratio
- Ease of installation
- Further recommendation
ACO was the number one choice amongst the workmen in four categories: "Surface drainage outdoors", "Rainwater management", "Civil Engineering", and "Flat roof drainage".
We are very proud of winning these awards again, and look forward to working with you to influence the future of drainage!
IKT label for ACO DRAIN® Multiline Seal-in family
Tested quality: Francesco Vitale (Managing Director in the ACO Group) and Michael Müller (Divisional Manager in the ACO Group) accepted the IKT label award at IFAT 2018 for the expansion of the Multiline Seal-in family. This means that the new nominal widths and the cast-iron frame versions of the drainage channel have now also been awarded the "permanently tight" certificate.
