Stockholm Norvik Hamn
Stockholms Hamnar is developing the new port with 410,000 m2 of utility space outside of Nynäshamn. The new port is required to handle the growing volumes of cargo. The continuing growth in the volumes of transported goods is attributable to the strong growth of the capital city, and the fact that the ships entering the port are also increasing in size. The port is being planned sustainably and in an environmentally-friendly way, and is directly connected to onward transport solutions: Stockholm Norvik Hamn will be the largest logistics hub for rail and container transport in the region.
This is the most comprehensive project that ACO Nordic has ever been involved in. This involves co-operation between ACO in Sweden, Tábor and Bürstadt. "We won the contract for this project because of the treatment and separating technology we can provide with the ACO Oleosmart," says District Sales Manager Johan Aldenteg. We are supplying a large range of different products to this project such as oil separators and Qmax. The project is scheduled to be completed in October 2020.
